A new season opens at Quai Liberté and with it, a brand new map comes aboard our barge in Paris. docked on the banks of the Seine, facing the Statue of Liberty and the Eiffel Tower. Our hotel invites you to embark on a culinary journey where the summer flavours mix with the unique atmosphere of the Freedom Pier.
This new map celebrates the beautiful days with seasonal products, generous plates and a few winks with sea horizons. An invitation to slow down the pace, enjoy our sunny terraces and enjoy a moment suspended by the water.
For this summer stopover, our team has designed a menu inspired by the flavours of the coast and seasonal products.
From the first bites the persillade knives open the crossing with simplicity and greed, while the tartare de daurade with citrus and coriander brings a delicate freshness.
Lovers of iodized products will also be able to set their course on Fine de Claire oysters, perfect to share on the terrace with a fresh glass.
To port, vegetable flavours are not left behind: the fine pie of summer vegetables, accompanied by caviar of aubergines and d'anchois, or the burrata with cherry tomatoes and candied peaches offer a sunny parenthesis in summer colours.
Like any good trip, this new card reserves several stops.
The essential mussel-frites are naturally part of the crew, accompanied by three sauces of choice: marina, Roquefort or curry coconut.
To continue the journey, the lean served with a muslin of sweet potatoes, cabbage pak choi and an orange butter offers a plate in balance and finesse.
Plancha gambas, escorted by a frigola sarda, chorizo and a scented bisque, invite them to head for more generous flavours.
Travellers who prefer land-based flavours will be able to anchor on our coast side with apple shot and green pepper sauce.
Finally, our plate of coloured zucchini, hummus of coral lentils and feta is a vegetarian stopover full of freshness.

Set on the houseboat Thalassa, the restaurant and terrace offer a unique setting in Paris. We come for the kitchen as well as for the exceptional setting.
At lunchtime, the sun illuminates the boat's passageways and at the end of the day, the colours of the sky are reflected on the Seine, giving our restaurant a soft atmosphere. An invitation to extend the stopover around a glass on the guinguette or dinner with friends.
