An exceptional setting on the banks of the Seine

The framework of the Quai Liberté is unique in Paris and is an ideal place to organize your trade show in a friendly and inspiring environment. Your exhibitors and visitors can be welcomed in our private lounges (up to 60 people) or in the restaurant area of the barge, which can accommodate up to 150 participants.

From May to October, you can privatize some of our guinguette to accommodate up to 300 guests.

The Salon des Vignerons

For three years, the Salon des Vignerons has been calling at the Quai Liberté for a day dedicated to the discovery and sharing of wine.

During this exhibition, 10 winemakers from different regions of France presented their cuvées and offered tastings to visitors.

Throughout the day, participants were able to:

💡exchange around their know-how

The unique setting of the Quai Liberté, fully contributes to the warm atmosphere of this lounge.

TimeWay's Jewellery Salon

The TimeWay watch and jewelry distributor has also chosen the Quai Liberté to organize its jewellery trade fair. For three days, the barge hosted this event dedicated to industry professionals, bringing together more than 400 visitors and 3 exhibitors.

The stands were installed in the various lounges at the Quai Liberté: the Thalassa Salon, the Salon Liberté and the restaurant.

Exhibitors and visitors enjoyed a full welcome: welcome breakfast, lunch cocktail and champagne for professionals

The catering services were realized by Boulotte, partner of the Quai Liberté, in order to offer a quality gastronomic experience to the participants. 🥂

From intimate space to large receptions, our barge adapts to all your events. With a flexible capacity of 10 to 300 guests, our transformable spaces can be customized by our team to perfectly meet your expectations and those of your living room.

No technical problems: all our packages include complete and professional equipment. You benefit from a powerful WiFi connection, a microphone sound system, projection and presentation tools (video projector, screen, flipchart) - everything is planned to ensure the smooth running of your event.

Taking charge of your event from A to Z is our commitment. Our team takes care of all the logistics: from the layout of the spaces according to your needs to the smallest details of the reception.

We coordinate all the service providers: reservation of the caterer for a refined cuisine, programming of the animations you have chosen, technical installation of the audiovisual equipment, and setting up of the decoration. Our on-site team also manages the reception of your guests and ensures the event runs smoothly throughout the evening.

Our goal is simple: allow you to fully enjoy your event while we manage all practical and logistical aspects.

Quai Liberté

Our barge, Quai Liberté, welcomes you in an exceptional setting facing the Eiffel Tower, in the heart of the 15th arrondissement of Paris. Access is simple for your guests, whether by metro, bus or car with several parking lots nearby. A detailed plan is available on this page to facilitate your arrival during your cocktail.

For your event, we offer you the flexibility to privatize all or part of the Freedom Pier. Our houseboat adapts to your desires with several distinct spaces available: a restaurant area, modular lounges, a guinguette terrace or, for great occasions, the whole boat. Each space can be booked independently or combined according to the size of your reception.
