
Last Saturday, the Quai Liberté hosted the Salon des Vignerons for a day marked by conviviality! 10 organic wine growers from different regions of France presented their wines, offered tastings and exchanged with visitors in a warm atmosphere, with a unique setting on the seine.
In the evening, more than 50 guests and the producers gathered for the winemakers' dinner! On the programme: an exclusive menu created by Chef Rémi Baudis and prepared by the team and the wakers in employment-training at the Quai Liberté. A moment of sharing faithful to the spirit of the place
