Exclusive menu — Around exceptional products: lukewarm oyster with champagne, foie gras panned, reddish, roasted capon and a freshness break with the fruit of passion. The meal ends with a chocolate-cerises sphere, the chef's ligardises, and is offered to 130 € excluding beverages or 160 € with half a bottle of champagne.
